Due to the digital nature of our products, returns are not applicable.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting AV Guards support may delay the refund process. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If your purchase includes a subscription with auto-renewal:

  • You must cancel the subscription before the renewal date

  • No refunds will be issued for renewed subscriptions once the renewal payment is processed
